EA to UHNW CEO (Hybrid) We are seeking a highly skilled, proactive, and exceptionally organised Executive Assistant to support our EMEA Practice Head (largest division within the firm and growing rapidly). 3 days in office and when the CEO is in London. This role demands a strategic partner who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can anticipate needs before they arise, and manage complex international travel and scheduling with precision. The ideal candidate is a confident communicator, solutions-driven, and able to operate with absolute discretion and professionalism. A background within media or for an UHNW or high level CEO is needed for this role. The Principal is inclusive and great to work with valuing his EA. An positive and concierge style approach to your role there is a high link to the fashion business and interesting off shoots to the business. Provide support to the CEO while he is based in New York until June 2027 so responsiveness and flexibility is essential. However he will spend 50-60% in Europe (mainly UK and France) Provide comprehensive executive-level support to EMEA Practice Head along with potentially supporting one other partner working closely with him ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. However, the primary role will be supporting EMEA Practice Head. Manage an extremely busy and constantly changing calendar across multiple time zones. Coordinate all internal and external meetings, preparing agendas and follow-up actions. Act as gatekeeper and primary point of contact for internal teams, clients, and business leaders. Plan, coordinate, and manage complex international travel itineraries, including private jet travel Work cross-functionally to ensure alignment with internal teams and support effective execution of initiatives. Build strong, trusted relationships with key business leaders across all levels of the organisation. Liaise with high profile clients, and senior leaders as required. Coordinate personal and family travel arrangements Required Skills & Experience 8 years’ experience supporting C-suite executives (CEO experience strongly preferred). Proven ability to manage highly complex schedules and extensive international travel. Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with the highest degree of discretion and integrity. Comfortable working in a high-pressure, fast-changing environment. A proactive, can-do attitude with a track record of solving problems before they escalate.
