Role Overview
We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to enhance our marketing efforts and support our growing manufacturing business. This multifaceted role involves creating marketing materials, managing our social media and website presence, organising events, and contributing to branding and new product development. You will collaborate closely with a small, dynamic team of two.
Key Responsibilities
· Support the development of all current and new products, from initial concept through to production and first delivery.
· Create engaging marketing and social media content.
· Support the organisation and preparation of sales and marketing materials, including sales literature, presentations, labels, and more.
· Collaborate on advertising, web marketing, PR, and email campaigns, managing large-scale promotions across the marketing mix.
· Work with external agencies to produce high-quality marketing collateral.
· Assist in organising and attending events and exhibitions to connect with clients and drive sales.
· Conduct research and analysis of market trends and target markets.
· Provide insights on market and competitor information.
· Liaise with other stakeholders within the business.
Candidate Profile
This role is ideal for a passionate marketer who thrives in a customer-focused environment. The right candidate will be hands-on, creative, entrepreneurial, and a strong team player. A degree-level education is preferred.
Key Attributes
· Strong understanding of the full marketing mix, including product marketing, brand marketing, events, and digital marketing.
· Familiarity with digital marketing platforms.
· Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to present information effectively.
· A positive, can-do attitude and a strong commitment to teamwork.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (intermediate level required).
· Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
· Strong planning and organisational skills, with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
· Proactive, highly self-motivated, and detail oriented.
· Creative with a high level of attention to detail
· Willingness to travel as needed, including international travel for exhibitions, as well as visits to factories and customers
