An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Support Manager within Community Mental Health, Learning Disabilities, and Substances Misuse Services for the Aberdeen City Health & Social Care Partnership. This diverse service requires a candidate to provide varied support for the Substance Misuse Service, including day-to-day management of admin & clerical staff, operational tasks, and project work on behalf of the Support Management Team.
Candidates should be educated to degree level or have equivalent experience. Management experience of staff is essential. Excellent communication skills, minute taking, health & safety knowledge, and Substance Misuse experience are also essential. Knowledge of NHS systems such as Datix, SSTS, Boxi, DAISY, Neo, and Trakcare is desirable but not essential, as training will be provided. Proven experience in organizing and planning workload, self-motivation in report production and delivery, and the ability to take initiative and prioritize tasks are required.
