Job Description
The candidate will be tasked with cultivating strong working relationships with multiple business customers, serving as a crucial link between customers and the business. This involves ensuring the seamless and efficient communication of customer information to relevant departments. You will act as a Brand Ambassador, aiming to secure follow-on business by fostering successful long-term customer relationships. Key Responsibilities: * Proactively build robust relationships with customers across all levels of the business, aligning the goals of all parties appropriately. * Monitor and respond to internal and external customer requests promptly and effectively. * Collect, interpret, and communicate data, sales forecasts, and information, facilitating effective communication between internal and external stakeholders. * Initiate and lead weekly customer calls, ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of information, as well as conducting Quarterly Business Reviews. * Prepare and present customer quotations. * Drive the introduction of new products by collaborating closely with New Model Introduction and Program Managers to ensure an effective process. * Manage visits, open days onsite, conduct plant tours, and deliver business overview presentations. * Attend networking events, dinners, and other relevant occasions.
