You will have the ability to manage your own workload and prioritise tasks as well as using your own initiative to find solutions to problems. You will also have excellent customer service skills, with a demonstrable ability to deal effectively with customers and difficult situations.
You will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with the ability and confidence to build positive working relationships while providing advice and guidance on planning matters to residents, colleagues, businesses and elected members.
