Overview

Job Purpose

The core of this role is simple: take customers and turn them into key accounts.

You’ll inherit a portfolio that’s a mix of:

* Strong accounts to keep strong.
* Accounts with massive growth potential that need unlocking.
* Dormant accounts that need to be reignited and fanned back into flame.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

* Develop and nurture client relationships to drive revenue growth.
* Hit and exceed personal sales targets (daily, weekly, monthly).
* Generate fast, accurate quotations and follow up with persistence.
* Deliver exceptional service in every client interaction.
* Uphold and live our company values: Fast, Energetic, Proactive.
* Negotiate with customers and suppliers to secure the best outcomes.

Reporting and Accountability
