Due to the recent awarding of several large contracts, my client has a fantastic opportunity for a several experienced Demolition Operatives / Plant Operatives / Demolition Supervisors to join their field-based Demolition Team on a permanent basis. (Head office based on Boarder of Bradford/Leeds)
The roles are primarily based in the Yorkshire & Northeast Areas; however, you may be required to work on any site on which we operate within the UK. (This will include overnight stays, with paid accommodation and evening meals.)
Good rates of Pay and Benefits/Overtime offered dependent upon qualifications and experience with immediate starts available.

PPE Provided on day 1 (Gloves, Helmets, Gloves – own safety footwear required)
All tools provided on site
All employment is decided based upon qualifications, merit/references and business needs.
Key Requirements/Experience:
• Previous experience in demolition / site operations / management
• Trained in safe removal of hazardous material such as asbestos and lead (would be a distinct advantage)
• Excellent attitude to all aspects of Health & Safety
• Effective communication and good teamwork are essential to the role
• A profound understanding of and adherence to safety practices and regulations
• Familiarity with demolition tools and machinery
• Timekeeping & attendance management is essential
All applicants should hold qualifications relevant to the position being applied for, such as.
• Applicants holding additional certification such as CCDO, PASMA, IPAF, Hotworks, Plant equipment licenses or accreditations would be a distinct advantage, but CSCS card is a minimum.
• A full clean driving licence is also beneficial, but not necessary as long as you can get to head office on a Monday.
Working hours are Monday – Friday 7.30am – 4.30pm, with occasional optional overtime on a Saturday (location dependant)
Annual salaries vary from £27,000 - £45,000 per annum depending upon experience and credentials.
