About the role An exciting opportunity to join an established team within part of our office based Corporate Sales Account Management function, you'll be responsible for supporting the provision of company cars and light commercial vehicles to our Mid Market channel. This fast paced and dynamic role ensures that our customers receive expert knowledge and advice on all aspects of managing and maintaining their fleet of vehicles. You'll work very closely with our field based business managers, helping secure and maintain business for Arval UK by ensuring our customers receive the top-notch service they deserve. Following extensive training, you'll be providing our customers with expert knowledge and advice on suitable vehicle leasing options, you will ensure we satisfy their individual requirements. You will remain customer focused, build good rapport and professional ensuring our customers receive the top-notch service they deserve. As an Account Manager you'll be; Answering inbound calls from Arval UK's Corporate Customer base Managing and coordinating quotes, general correspondence and enquiries via email Using a mixture of MS office packages and our internal systems to accurately record the information Offering and delivery top quality customer service Identifying upselling opportunities Building a solution and problem solving to deliver the best possible service to our customers You'll be responsible for your own portfolio of customers, which is why working Monday to Friday is essential to maximise the support and response times to your portfolio. A basic of up to £27,000 and a core commission element of £4,000. On top of this figure, over-performance can result in an additional £3,000 commission payment.
