Quality Compliance Technician
Location: Telford
Contract: 2 x 6-Month Fixed Term Contracts / Full-Time
Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off, 7am - 7pm (Days)
Salary: £33,906 per annum
Are you passionate about quality and compliance in manufacturing? We are looking for two Quality Compliance Technicians to join our team in Telford. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in ensuring our products and processes meet the highest standards.
What You’ll Do
* Support and coach operational teams on quality and hygiene principles.
* Lead root cause analysis (RCA) to implement robust corrective actions.
* Promote hygienic working practices aligned with factory standards.
* Conduct audits and agree on corrective actions with relevant teams.
* Follow up on non-compliances and ensure resolution.
* Champion health & safety to reduce risks and incidents.
* Update daily quality KPIs and communicate issues to operations.
What We're Looking For
* Strong communication skills across all levels.
* Auditing experience and attention to detail.
* A proactive, problem-solving mindset.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and IT-based auditing tools.
* Working knowledge of HACCP principles.
