Responsibilities:
* Key Holder
* Lead the team in the absence of Management, fostering a positive work environment.
* Provide top-notch customer service to enhance every guest's experience.
* Train and motivate staff to deliver outstanding service.
* Manage stock levels, place orders, and oversee inventory control.
* Handle cash transactions, manage tills.
* Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high-quality standards.
* Enforce health and safety protocols to ensure a secure environment.
* Address challenging customer situations with professionalism and tact.
* Coordinate corporate events and assist with external functions.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant, bar, golf courses, and facilities.
