SEMH Teaching Assistant (Full Time) Durham £13.68 per hour Immediate Start (Long-Term Role) The School and Role Are you passionate about supporting young people with social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs? Do you thrive in a role where you can make a real difference to students’ wellbeing and learning? Are you looking for a long-term opportunity in a supportive, forward-thinking school? We are currently seeking a dedicated and resilient SEMH Teaching Assistant to join our excellent supply agency and work in schools across Durham. This is a rewarding role, offering the chance to help pupils who require additional support to engage with learning, build confidence, and develop positive coping strategies. You will work closely with teaching staff, SENCOs and external professionals to deliver tailored interventions, promote emotional regulation and create a calm, nurturing learning environment.
