At the Weybridge site, we're looking for a Soft Services Supervisor to lead the delivery of cleaning, reception, and other workplace services - creating an environment that supports well-being, productivity, and culture. Working closely with the Senior Workplace Manager and the Defra team, you'll ensure services run smoothly, meet high standards, and align with both ISS and DgP's vision. This is a hands-on leadership role with scope to drive service improvements and make a visible impact from day one. What you'll do:
* Act as the primary contact for all soft services on site
* Oversee cleaning, pest control, grounds, reception, messenger/mail, fleet, and reprographics services
* Manage and motivate a diverse team, handling recruitment, training, performance, and well-being
* Ensure compliance with HSE standards, contractual requirements, and legal obligations
* Lead on risk assessments, SOPs, and COSHH documentation
* Monitor quality standards, time and attendance, and service delivery performance
* Manage procurement, POs, goods receipting, and invoice approvals
Experience managing multi-service FM operations, particularly cleaning
* Strong knowledge of cleaning processes, HSE compliance, and workplace standards
* Ability to lead and inspire teams while meeting deadlines in a high-profile environment
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and confident stakeholder management skills
* Flexible, hands-on leadership style with a focus on results and continuous improvement
