We are seeking a Senior Commercial Finance Manager, EMEA to join our team in Bracknell, United Kingdom. This key leadership role will be responsible for overseeing financial operations across the EMEA region, driving strategic financial initiatives, and ensuring compliance with local and international regulations. Lead and develop a high-performing finance team Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes for the region Analyze financial data and provide strategic insights to support business decision-making Manage relationships with external auditors, tax authorities, and other regulatory bodies Implement and maintain robust financial controls and risk management processes Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and systems Collaborate with global finance teams to ensure consistency in reporting and compliance Present financial performance and KPIs to senior management and stakeholders Ensure compliance with IFRS and local accounting standards across the region Manage cross-border financial operations and optimize tax structures Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CIMA) preferred Proven experience in finance management roles, with a proven track record of leading teams Experience working in multinational companies, preferably in the EMEA region Advanced financial modeling and analysis skills Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) Strong knowledge of IFRS and local accounting standards In-depth understanding of EMEA financial markets and regulations Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities Knowledge of cross-border financial operations and tax implications Please note: We are not accepting applications from recruitment agencies.
