THE OPPORTUNITY

At Katie Loxton and Joma Jewellery, we create beautifully designed products and meaningful gifting moments for our customers. As our brands continue to grow globally across both B2C and B2B channels, particularly in the UK and US markets, we’re looking for a Midweight Digital Designer to join our team.

We are looking for a highly creative and commercially minded Midweight Graphic Designer to join our in house Creative team.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong eye for contemporary fashion and lifestyle branding, who thrives on turning campaign photography and video assets into compelling multi-channel creative. You’ll play a key role in bringing the brand to life across digital touchpoints, helping create engaging, elevated storytelling that feels consistent, inspiring and customer first.

Working closely with the Senior Creatives and alongside a Junior Designer, you’ll support the rollout of seasonal content and BAU creative across owned channels such as website, email, organic and paid social and paid ads through motion graphics, animation and creative design. You’ll be confident designing within established brand guidelines while also bringing fresh ideas, strong visual instincts and attention to detail.

This is a great opportunity for a self-starter who enjoys taking ownership, bringing ideas forward and working across a wide variety of digital content in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

You will be based at our Head Office in Banbury with the freedom to work from home two days a week on average, this may flex up or down dependant on business needs.

HOW YOU'LL CONTRIBUTE

* Design and deliver high-quality creative assets for both B2B and B2C across but not limited to:

o Website; homepage and editorial content

o Email marketing; brand campaigns and automations

o Organic and paid social media

o Digital advertising and performance marketing assets

o Brand campaigns and launches

* Able to present work contextually to seniors for asset sign off and approvals

* Translate campaign photography and videography into engaging, cohesive creative storytelling across all digital channels

* Collaborating closely with the copywriting, shoot and retouch teams

* Create motion graphics and animated content for social, paid media and digital content

* Support the rollout of seasonal content, ensuring consistency across all customer touchpoints

* Support with promotional sale and promo rollouts, developing concepts for ideation

* Work collaboratively with the wider Creative, Marketing, Ecommerce and Social teams to deliver engaging and commercially effective creative

* Maintain and evolve brand consistency across all assets with attention to detail while ensuring output feels elevated, modern and relevant

* Support concept development and creative ideation for campaigns, launches and brand moments

* Assist in mentoring and guiding the Junior Designer where needed

* Manage multiple projects simultaneously while working to tight deadlines in a fast-paced retail environment

* Managing multiple projects and responding to ad-hoc requests in a fast-paced environment

* Balancing strong visual design with commercial awareness, always keeping the customer at the centre of your work

* Able to showcase commercial awareness through product knowledge and understanding within digital design decisions

* Supporting a collaborative, inclusive and positive team environment


THE TALENT YOU'LL BRING

* Strong digital design skills across ecommerce, CRM, paid media, social and campaign-led content

* Experience creating digital assets including but not limited to banners, landing pages, email design, social content and promotional graphics

* Confident in producing motion graphics and short-form video using Adobe After Effects

* Strong proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, with a solid understanding of digital asset creation workflows

* Strong eye for typography, layout and premium, brand-led visual design

* Commercially aware approach, balancing creativity with engagement and conversion goals

* Ability to adapt creative across multiple formats and platforms while maintaining brand consistency

* Strong organisational skills with experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, using Monday.com for workflow management

* Confident in managing and updating Adobe Creative Cloud Libraries and maintaining organised asset filing systems using Dropbox

* Understanding of image retouching and enhancement, including briefing and working with retouching teams where required

* Collaborative team player with experience working closely with marketing and creative teams, supporting senior designers and mentoring junior team members

* Confident communicator, able to present ideas clearly, take on feedback constructively and contribute to creative discussions
