The Role:
* Conduct product and provider research to support high-quality advice delivery
* Prepare compliant, client-specific analysis and suitability reports
* Support advisers with technical planning using cashflow tools and financial modelling
* Ensure documentation and files meet internal compliance and FCA standards
* Submit and process new business applications and liaise with product providers
* Attend client meetings alongside advisers as required
* Provide ongoing assistance in maintaining strong client relationships
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial services products and regulations
* Play a role in strategic project work, adviser support and improving business efficiencies
The Person:
* Previous experience in a Paraplanner or technical support role within a financial planning firm
* Strong understanding of financial products and services including pensions, investments, and protection
* Confident using cashflow planning tools and back-office systems
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to manage own workload, work to deadlines, and demonstrate strong attention to detail
* Professional and discreet with a commitment to confidentiality
* Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning or working towards (desirable)
