Your new role
As a Securitisation Associate, you will be joining a collegiate and sociable structured finance team that works closely with colleagues across tax, insolvency, real estate, projects, and regulation. The practice is recognised globally as a leader in securitisation, advising on precedent-setting transactions across a wide range of asset classes including mortgages, consumer and corporate loans (CLOs), auto loans, trade receivables, project finance, and infrastructure. You will play a key role in complex, large-scale deals, including whole business securitisations, corporate structured funding, and synthetic risk transfer transactions.
What you'll need to succeed
* 1-15+ years PQE experience (guidelines only)
* Direct experience in securitisation
* Background in asset-backed or secured lending
* Strong skills in drafting and negotiating complex transactions
* A collaborative mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-profile environment
