Responsibilities
* The Valet in our team ensures a warm and welcoming service to our guests, providing luxury transportation, driving them to destinations and making lasting impressions.
* Whilst at the hotel, their approachable presence at the entrance, taking care of luggage and valet parking cars ensures a relaxing start for all our guests.
* Timely and efficient pick‑up and drop‑off of our guests from various locations across the local area, airport, and central London.
* Providing exceptional customer service with professionalism and courtesy, promptly addressing guests’ inquiries or concerns.
* Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving our guests.
* Ensuring all luggage needs are dealt with promptly and professionally.
* Valet parking guest cars in a safe manner.
About You
