About the role:
We are seeking a proactive Compliance Administration Assistant, to join our Compliance team based at our Head Office in Kidderminster.
In this role, you will act as a central point of coordination for colleagues, ensuring processes run smoothly and that operational queries are handled efficiently. You will provide clear guidance, support internal troubleshooting, and help maintain accurate information flow across the team. Strong communication, effective workload prioritisation, and a calm, solutions driven approach will be key to resolving issues promptly and maintaining consistent operational standards

Job Requirements:
The successful candidate wil l play a key part in keeping our compliance function running seamlessly. They will be responsible for raising purchase orders, logging tickets for PPMs, and ensuring all necessary paperwork is chased, collected, and accurately uploaded into our in house Dropbox system.
They will also keep our trackers up to date, monitor upcoming service deadlines, and help the team stay ahead of future requirements, Each week, will participate in a call with our Compliance Managers to review progress and priorities, as well as working closely with our Engineers to book in any outstanding jobs. If you enjoy staying organised, supporting smooth operations, and being at the centre of a busy, fastmoving team, this role offers a great opportunity to make a real impact.
Experience in an administration, coordination, or facilities environment is desirable, as is a proactive approach to keeping stakeholders informed, supporting service level targets, and ensuring that all tasks are completed within agreed timescales.
While relevant qualifications in customer service/admin or a related discipline would be valuable, they are not essential for the right candidate. We have an extensive training programme in place for all employees, designed to encourage continuous professional development and support long term progression within the company.

It is essential that all applicants possess the appropriate documentation to demonstrate eligibility to work within the United Kingdom; Phosters do not currently offer visa sponsorship.
The completion of a 6 month Probationary Period is mandatory for all permanent job positions.
Applicants must be aware, that all roles are subject to relevant DBS/Security checks either before or upon commencement of employment.
In order to drive a Phosters vehicle, it is compulsory that you are over the age of 21 with a minimum of 6 months driving experience and currently hold a full UK driving license with no more than 9 points.
