We are looking for a Parts Advisor to join our Parts Department at our Skoda Hull dealership.

About you
We seek ambitious and driven individuals passionate about delivering a world-class customer experience. You will facilitate the efficient operation of the Service department, maximizing customer satisfaction and profitability through all transactions. You will also contribute to business growth by providing core, value-added, and incremental aftersales products while maintaining full Duty of Care to our customers’ vehicles at all times.
Main Purpose of Job:
* Ensure the efficient and profitable operation of the Parts department.
* Plan, organize, and control the Parts Department resources to maximize sales, upsell, and customer satisfaction.
* Supervise and develop department personnel.
* Receive and identify stock, check goods from suppliers.
* Locate items in the parts department correctly.
* Accurately identify customers' needs using EPAC, ETKA parts catalogues, and computer stock lists.
* Conduct all customer transactions courteously.
* Implement applicable discount structures.
* Pick parts for service, sales, retail, and trade customers.

Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 5:30 pm
1 in 3 Saturdays 8:30 am - 12:30 pm
