As a Maintenance Planning Administrator, you will be central to our maintenance operations, ensuring our fleet remains safe, reliable, and ready for use. Your responsibilities will include:
* Scheduling and coordinating routine and emergency vehicle maintenance.
* Managing records of servicing, repairs, and inspections.
* Liaising with technicians, suppliers, and team members for seamless operations.
* Monitoring compliance with safety and legal standards.
* Updating customers on their vehicles’ status.
