As a key member of our recruitment team, you’ll receive comprehensive training to identify, interview, and present top talent for leading wind energy projects. You’ll build deep sector expertise, develop strong client relationships, and play a pivotal role in winning new business.

We offer a hybrid working model – Mondays and Fridays are remote.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage the full 360 recruitment process, building your desk and contributing to the wider business strategy.
* Meet agreed performance targets while maintaining quality, compliance, and cultural standards.
* Deliver creative recruitment solutions in a highly competitive market.
* Provide tailored contract recruitment services to global and regional clients.
* Lead by example with a strong work ethic and broad business understanding.
* Handle active vacancies, including candidate sourcing, selection, client liaison, and salary negotiations.
* Maintain accurate data and reporting within the Candidate Management System.
Skills & Experience
* Resilient, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed.
* Strong team player with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Highly organised and detail-focused.
* Demonstrated leadership qualities and ability to act as a role model.
* Previous experience in recruitment or phone-based sales is advantageous but not essential.
* Commercially minded with the ability to identify and secure new business opportunities.
