Linsco are currently recruiting for a Maintenance Mechanical Engineer in Leeds.
Brief Description:
1. Work alongside a dynamic maintenance team to deliver the required services, ensuring the job is maintained to the highest standard.
2. Provide a customer facing highly responsive maintenance service
3. Undertake a wide range of reactive and planned maintenance tasks and carry these out to a very high standard
4. Provide technical guidance, assistance, and information to other members of the maintenance team
5. Carry out training to be able to provide Authorised Person duties
6. Work with a high level of multi-skilling and flexibility
7. Report to the maintenance supervisor
8. Provide reports on work in progress and work completed to ensure consistency
Job Details:
9. Provide cover for absent colleagues as appropriate to maintain the service
10. Carry out duties in accordance with safe working practices within statutory, NHS, Trust and Company guidelines.
Be able to maintain, service and repair a wide range of the building services listed below:
11. Heating and domestic water service
12. General Electrical services such as lighting and power
13. Air handling units
14. Low voltage electrical distribution system and switchgear
15. Emergency standby generating plant
16. Fire alarm systems and emergency lighting
17. Electrical control systems
18. Building Management System
19. Manage Plant Rooms, including Steam Pipes
Have an awareness of the operational procedures and safe working practices of major items of plant and systems as described above.
Requirements:
Qualified time served engineer with minimum 3 years post apprenticeship experience required, Healthcare experience desirable but not essential, Cross-trade experience advantageous.
