Customer Services Coordinator
Location: Gateshead
Hours: 9:30am – 5:30pm (Mon–Fri)
Salary: up to £25,000 (DOE) + Bonus

A long-established, fast-growing logistics business that helps local companies with their courier and freight needs are looking for a Customer Services Coordinator.
What you’ll be doing:
Being the friendly, professional voice of the business – answering calls and emails
Tracking deliveries, chasing couriers, and keeping customers updated
Supporting managers with day-to-day admin so they can focus on business growth
Managing freight bookings, invoices, and customer packs
Helping with claims, aged debtor chasing, and telesales lead recording
What we’re looking for:
Confident on the phone and happy talking to customers and suppliers
Organised with great attention to detail
Comfortable using Word, Excel, Outlook (experience with booking systems a bonus)
Calm under pressure and able to juggle multiple tasks
Positive, proactive, and willing to get stuck in
