We have an opportunity for an experienced food and beverage supervisor to deliver excellent customer service, assist the F&B manager with team management, training and development, stock control and dealing with complaints. About you: We are looking for Minimum 2 years’ experience in a fast-paced hospitality role or other relevant experience. Good understanding of kitchen operations. Knowledge of cleaning requirements. Knowledge of food safety procedures Supervisor/ leadership experience is desired Excellent communication and customer service skills Being flexible and able to work a variety of shifts including night shifts and weekends. Assist the F&B manager with managing the food and beverage team, either independently or alongside. Provide training and support for food and beverage hosts. Assist with stock control, wastage, deliveries and ordering where necessary. Ensure day to day responsibilities are being completed, such as cleaning requirements, reporting and identifying financial irregularities. Following cleaning instructions. Following correct food preparation procedures. To promote the company in a professional and positive manner with both internal and external contacts or at any other opportunity. To ensure that the company’s equal opportunities policy is adhered to at all times. To adhere to all company health and safety practices and procedures and action as appropriate should any issue arise. To attend and conduct meetings as and when required. Responsible for understanding and ensuring compliance with internal Responsible Gambling policies and UK Gambling Commission Licence Codes of Conduct and Practice (LCCP) To promote awareness of Responsible Gambling strategies and procedures. Ensuring Responsible Gambling is an integral part of the daily operation. To be proactive in safeguarding our customers and the business by ensuring that standards of compliance both internally and externally are delivered to the highest level and opportunities to improve are identified to support the business objectives.
