Job Description
We are working on behalf of a leading accountancy practice located in Hertfordshire who are seeking a Senior Management Accountant to join their growing team.

Key Responsibilities:
* Preparation of monthly/quarterly management accounts, providing analysis and designated reports
* Bookkeeping and VAT reporting to a high standard and maintaining client records
* Taking ownership of year-end accounts preparation, ensuring accuracy before passing them to the finalisation team for statutory reporting
* Month/Quarter end adjustments and reconciliations
* Providing support to junior members of staff including training where required
* Preparing ad hoc reports for clients
* Performing payment runs
Key requirements:
* AAT/CIMA/ACCA qualified or QBE
* Strong bookkeeping and management accounts experience
* Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within a professional services firm.
* Experience in hospitality/finance sectors preferred
* Skilled in Xero, Dext, Excel; familiarity with Caseware is a bonus
* Excellent time management, communication and team leadership skills
