The Project Management & Design Support Coordinator at Walczak Design and Build LLC (WD+B) plays a vital role in bridging our project management, design, and executive teams. This hybrid position combines project coordination, design assistance, and administrative support to deliver seamless, high-quality residential homes and renovations. At Walczak Design and Build LLC, we offer a competitive salary range of $52,000 to $63,000 yearly, along with opportunities for growth and development in the dynamic field of residential design-build construction.
Responsibilities
Some of the job responsibilities of this role are listed below. This is a hybrid role where you will be involved with and supporting our project management, design, and executive teams!
1. Assist the project management team with scheduling, task tracking, and project documentation to ensure timely completion of all phases of construction and design projects.
2. Track project budgets, change orders, and invoices, ensuring alignment with overall project goals.
3. Support the design team by organizing and maintaining design files, materials libraries, and client presentations.
4. Assist with sourcing materials, samples, and product specifications, ensuring timely availability for client approval.
5. Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
Qualifications
1. 3+ years of experience in project coordination, administrative support, or a similar role within the construction or design industry.
2. Proficiency in or aptitude to learn project management software (e.g., Buildertrend, Procore).
3. Proficiency with Google Workspace, DropBox, Canvas, Adobe Acrobat, and more.
4. Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
6. Team-oriented with a collaborative spirit.
7. Proactive, resourceful, and adaptable to changing priorities.
Compensation
$52,000 - $63,000 yearly
