Due to continued expansion, we are looking for a skilled and motivated Panel MET Technician to join our fast-paced team. This is a key role within the business, responsible for ensuring vehicle repairs are completed to manufacturer and industry standards, while maintaining efficiency, safety, and quality at all times. Key Responsibilities * Carry out repairs on motor vehicles in line with manufacturer and industry standards * Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high-quality standard * Inspect and report on vehicle structure and paintwork * Remove, refit, and store vehicle components safely * Carry out panel alignment and associated repairs * Complete filler work to a high standard (P180 finish, pinhole checks) * Apply underseal, weld-through primers, and anti-corrosion treatments * Perform quality control checks and sign off repairs at each stage * Identify and report additional damage not previously noted * Follow repair methods and ensure documentation is present and understood * Maintain tools, equipment...
