We are seeking a caring, patient and enthusiastic Learning Support Mentor to support pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN) within our inclusive school community. The successful candidate will work closely with teachers and the SENCO to support students who require additional help to access learning and develop confidence both academically and socially.
This role may involve 1:1 support, small group work, and classroom assistance, helping to create a safe, structured and positive learning environment.
Salary: Grade 6, Scale Point 6, £19,636
Contract: Full-time, 32.5 hours per week, 39 weeks per year (term time plus inset days), fixed term until August 2027
