The Role
As an Architect, you will:

* Assist on full life-cycle architectural projects, from concept through construction.
* Drive creative solutions for complex, high-end Residential projects.
* Collaborate with a skilled, friendly team of architects, heritage consultants, and designers.
* Generate innovative design solutions within project parameters.
* Translate design concepts into compelling images and documents.
* Develop detailed construction documents and support contract administration.
* Coordinate with consultants across disciplines to deliver cohesive solutions.
* Contribute to project deliverables while maintaining quality and meeting client expectations.
What We’re Looking For

* RIBA Chartered Architect status.
* Minimum 2 years’ post-qualification experience within the UK architectural industry.
* Strong background in high-end private residential projects, ideally with Conservation focus.
* Technical competence and proven site experience.
* Experience leading teams and managing project finances.
* Proficiency in Revit BIM and AutoCAD, software.
* Strong understanding of UK Building and Planning Regulations.
