Role Overview
The successful Paid Search Account Manager will take ownership of strategic PPC activities, applying proactive, analytical, and strategic thinking to deliver excellent customer experience and maximize our clients’ global reach and ROI.
Responsibilities
1. Client Communication: Be the main day-to-day contact for clients, lead client meetings, and manage all communications related to PPC.
2. Campaign Management: Create and execute PPC campaigns that meet or exceed client objectives, including keyword research, ad creation, campaign setup, and managing related translation activities for international accounts.
3. Testing & Optimization: Plan and implement testing into Search and Display campaigns, such as ad copy testing, landing page testing, and keyword expansion.
4. Reporting & Insights: Deliver detailed performance results via telephone and digital media, including summaries of performance, top markets, campaign optimization, market forces, and competitive positioning. Provide feedback and insights for ongoing strategy development.
Desired Skills & Experience
* At least 2 years of experience managing successful PPC campaigns across various sectors, either client-side or agency-side.
* Knowledge and experience with campaign management tools like Google Analytics, as well as market Search and Display tools including Google Insights, and familiarity with Baidu, Yandex, and other platforms such as Criteo.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
* Proven track record of managing complex accounts, with strong organizational and process-driven skills.
