Our Keele manufacturing facility plays a vital role in producing products for the global market. As a Production Assistant, you will be part of the assembly team, ensuring the quality of our medical products through precise work.
Responsibilities
* Work in a cleanroom environment, gowning up as required
* Follow and adhere to written instructions, mainly Batch Manufacturing records
* Complete prime documentation accurately
* Perform routine departmental tasks
* Be fully trained in assigned tasks and identify training gaps
* Maintain a clean and organized work area
* Report quality, equipment, or material issues to supervisors
* Comply with all policies, guidelines, and regulatory standards
* Conduct cleaning and environmental monitoring to standards
* Practice good housekeeping
Required Experience
* At least 12 months of manufacturing experience in a production role
* Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP)
* Precision and accuracy in work
* Excellent communication skills
* Initiative within a controlled environment
* Ability to wear PPE and work in a cleanroom
* Experience in a regulated environment is advantageous
Location
Keele Head Office, Monday to Friday, 8:00-4:00 or 8:30-4:30, 37.5 hours/week
