The Company
* MTrec are currently recruiting for a Production Operative for a manufacturing firm based in North Shields.
The Role
* Operating the furnace machine daily
* Perform sample tests to verify the equipment is functional
* Prepare equipment and ensure production settings are correct
* Loading and unloading machines
* Working in a hot environment
* Keep work area clean and tidy when possible
* Getting tasks complete to a good level
* Following general health and safety guidelines
The Person
* Should be able to carry out repetitive tasks on a daily basis
* A positive attitude and a strong willingness to learn
* Ability to maintain regular punctual attendance
* Good attention to detail and a commitment to producing quality work
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
* Robust with an ability to perform productivity tasks
* Must be able to work in a fast paced manufacturing environment
