We are seeking Therapeutic Residential Children’s Support Workers to join our Oxford team, delivering specialised care in residential settings. About the Role As a Therapeutic Residential Children’s Support Worker, you will provide high-quality, person-centred care to children and young people, helping them thrive in a safe, nurturing, and therapeutic environment. You will support their emotional well-being, independence, and social development while fostering confidence and life skills.
