The Preconstruction Project Manager will be responsible for assisting the pre-construction team with projects new to the pipeline, creating tender programme and pre-construction paperwork. Assisting with tendering and client communications
The Preconstruction Project Manager's responsibilities include:
* Project Planning and Coordination
* Budgeting and Cost Management
* Risk Management
* Client and Stakeholder Communications
* Documentation and Reporting
* Team Leadership
Overall, this role is vital for ensuring that construction projects are well-planned and executed efficiently, setting the stage for successful project completion
Experience you need to be considered?
* Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in managing large-scale construction projects.
* Strong project management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Proficiency in project management software.
* Knowledge of construction processes and safety regulations.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Tendering / Preconstruction project experience.
