This is a full-time office-based role at our Church Street office, working on a B2B appointment setting campaign on behalf of a leading insurance provider. You will be responsible for generating qualified appointments for their specialist team.

We Are Looking For Candidates Who
* Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
* Have a minimum of 12 months Telesales or F2F Sales experience
* Are confident handling outbound B2B calls in a regulated sector (insurance experience desirable but not essential)
* Enjoy connecting with people and have a knack for understanding their needs
* Possess a keen interest in identifying potential customers and securing appointments
* Exhibit qualities of tenacity, adaptability, resilience, focus, and a positive attitude
* Thrive in a target-driven environment and value teamwork
* Can contribute motivation, creativity, and a positive outlook to the team dynamic
Responsibilities
* Make outbound B2B calls on behalf of our insurance client to generate new leads and arrange qualified appointments
* Engage decision-makers professionally and confidently
* Maintain a high standard of quality and compliance in all conversations
* Report to your Team Manager
* Represent our client's brand in a professional manner
Working Hours & Location
* Office-based role at our Church Street office
* Full-time flexibility between Monday and Friday, 8am to 8pm
* 40 hours per week
