We're trusted for commercial shoots, music videos, branded content — and we're one of the few independent spaces in the UK offering Virtual Production.We’re now hiring our first Marketing Manager — someone ready to take full ownership of our marketing and build the function from scratch. You’ll be involved in everything: from strategy to execution, SEO to social, partnerships to PR. If you’ve ever wanted to shape a brand, own the outcomes, and grow something with your stamp on it — this is that role.About the RoleYou’ll be responsible for all marketing activity across the business, reporting to the Finance Director and working closely with the Sales Manager. You’ll have full freedom to drive the brand, generate inbound leads, and scale awareness across film, music, and commercial markets.We’re a creative business, and this is an on-site role — because being physically embedded in the studio will help you understand the product, connect with clients, and create content that resonates.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and execute marketing campaigns that drive studio bookings and lead generationManage SEO strategy with our external agency and oversee website optimisationOwn and maintain our HubSpot CRM: email workflows, automation, and segmentationDevelop content for and manage social media channelsCoordinate events, partnerships, and collaborations with production companiesCreate case studies, studio brochures, and branded assetsOversee media and PR outreach, including speaking opportunities and pressEnsure brand consistency across every touchpoint — from team apparel to digital contentTrack performance and report on marketing ROI to senior stakeholdersWho We’re Looking ForYou’re a strategic yet hands-on marketer who loves building from scratch. You’ve got the creative instincts of a storyteller and the mindset of a performance marketer. Ideally, you've worked in a studio, production company, or creative business — and understand how to communicate with producers, creatives, and brand leads.You’ll likely have:3+ years in marketing, ideally in a film, media, or creative environmentStrong knowledge of SEO, digital, and paid mediaExperience managing CRM platforms like HubSpotA content and social mindset — with excellent copy and brand awarenessAn entrepreneurial drive and the ability to manage multiple projectsA competitive edge — perhaps from sport, performance, or high-pressure workWhy Now?
