The Opportunity
This role offers responsibility for a varied portfolio of personal tax clients, covering compliance, planning, and advisory work. The successful candidate will also take a key role in delivering estate and inheritance tax services, mentoring junior colleagues, and contributing to business development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing a diverse portfolio of personal tax compliance clients
* Identifying and implementing personal tax planning opportunities
* Delivering estate and inheritance tax planning projects
* Training, mentoring, and developing junior team members
* Building and maintaining trusted client relationships
* Overseeing the financial management of the portfolio
* Supporting wider business development activities
Candidate Profile
* ACA/ACCA and/or CTA qualified
* Strong background in personal tax compliance and/or estate planning
* Proven ability to identify and deliver tax planning opportunities
* Excellent interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach
* Organised, able to manage multiple priorities effectively
* Experience in supervising and mentoring junior staff
* Commercial awareness and a proactive, solutions-driven mindset
