About the Company
A well known Prestige Car Dealership in the Bedford area is looking for a Senior Service Advisor to join their team. The ideal Service Advisor will provide excellent customer service to our customers and be able to work within stable and successful team environment.
About the Role
Ensure our customers receive the highest levels of service at all times. Serve as the key liaison to our Customers updating additional repairs and services to ensure consistent customer satisfaction. Support team and management to achieve set company targets. Monday - Friday- No Saturdays! Achievable OTE and Bonus scheme. Stable Management team.
Responsibilities

Qualifications
4+ years' of experience in a Service Advisor role within the Motor Industry essential. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
