We are looking for highly motivated, skilled, and reliableFemale Support Workersin the PE9 area. This would be to support a Female with EUPD (Emotionally Unstable Personality Disorder) and complex PTSD.
Female Support workers only:This post is exempt under the Equality Act 2010 as there is a genuine occupational need to recruitFemalesdue to the nature of the role.
Shift time:
Our Client receives 2:1 support, 1 day a week - 6hr day shift
£16.50 per hour + holiday pay + pension!
You will need:
Excellent communication skills
Fluent English
Driver preferred
With the ability to show empathy and a consistent approach
A good understanding and knowledge about Brain Injury

Your role would include:
Accessing the community
Supporting with helping our client to plan her day and interact meaningfully in the world around her.
Supporting with personal hygiene
Maintaining daily records
Motivating and encouraging the client to achieve goals
Emotional Support
Going out activities
