Your main responsibilities will include: Providing administrative support for various contracts. Preparing and sending job quotes for cleaning and pest control services. Updating client portals with the latest information. Scheduling mobile teams for on-site jobs. Managing payroll and processing timesheets. Creating and processing worksheets efficiently. What We’re Looking For Essential Requirements: Proven experience in a similar administrative/scheduling role. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Experience within maintenance.
