Key Responsibilities
Provide clinical leadership and day-to-day management of the endoscopy unit
Maintain and lead JAG accreditation standards and audits
Support service development, governance, and staff development
Deliver outstanding patient care and operational efficiency
Essential Requirements
Registered Nurse (NMC) with strong endoscopy clinical experience
Proven people and service management experience
Demonstrable JAG accreditation experience
Excellent leadership, communication, and quality-focus
