Job Title: Clinical Governance Support Officer
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual with a passion for patient safety, experience, and clinical governance to join NHS Golden Jubilee.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the Clinical Governance Department by providing support on feedback, claims, and adverse events management. The post holder will assist and advise staff, patients, and visitors as required.
Primary responsibilities include managing feedback and complaints, with linkage to our adverse event management system. The role involves performing quality control checks and liaising with colleagues on risk and adverse event management where assigned.
The post holder will contribute to designing systems and processes that comply with national requirements for feedback, claims, and adverse events management, including contact with the procurator fiscal and supporting Fatal Accident Inquiries (FAI). Additionally, the role supports the wider Clinical Governance agenda and service clinical governance forums.
