Description Overview

At Perrigo our Senior NAMs are critical to our business, forging effective relationships with key retail partners and leading an internal team to land great results.

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Perrigo Sales team, leading one of our core retailer accounts.

You will be managing our whole portfolio across branded, tertiary, and own label ranges with accountability for the full retailer P&L.

This role can be based at our London or Barnsley offices.

Scope of the Role


* Being at the heart of our Customer Led culture, influencing strategies that make an impact
* Direct line management to coach and support a high performing team
* Delivering best in class customer service and negotiation of joint business plans
* Executing and tailoring our brand/trade strategy, achieving sales targets and objectives
* Strong P&L management, applying ROI learnings
* Managing a broad portfolio of products spanning branded and own label, across Lifestyle, Wellness, Core OTC and Skincare categories for both in store and Brick & Clicks retail
* Identifying new opportunities to drive growth and planning supply of product to meet these
* Building effective and sustainable cross functional internal relationships

Experience Required

* In order to be successful, we need someone with commercial experience of working within National Accounts/Commercial Strategy in the Healthcare/FMCG industry.
* You would be part of the UK team, working for a business which is the fastest growing within OTC and has ambitious plans to unlock further growth.
