* Carrying out a wide range of daily administrative tasks alongside your core responsibilities to ensure the smooth running of the service, including managing time-sensitive processes and meeting strict daily deadlines.
* Communicating with internal and external customers via phone and email, and managing service-specific processes with accuracy and timeliness.
* Working closely with management to maintain staffing levels and support service delivery.
Why This Role Is Ideal for You:
* You'll gain exposure to various aspects of Facilities Services, making it a great opportunity for someone looking to develop their skills and grow professionally.
* You'll be part of a service undergoing transformation, where your input and adaptability will be valued.
* This role is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills, strong IT capabilities (particularly in MS Excel), and a proactive, customer-focused approach.
* You'll be joining a friendly and supportive team, where collaboration and adaptability are key to delivering high-quality service in a fast-paced environment.
Working Arrangements:
* Based at Riverside House, with a hybrid working model (3 days in the office, 2 days from home) after initial training.
* Business support hours start at 7:30 AM and run until 5 PM, covered via a monthly rota. Outside of these shifts, flexible working applies.
What We Offer:
* Generous holiday entitlement
* Flexible working policy
* Full support from your line manager
* Opportunities to expand your knowledge and contribute to a service that's evolving
If you're looking for a role that challenges you, supports your development, and allows you to make a difference every day, we'd love to hear from you.
