A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Manager (Reading based / hybrid working) to join a leading organisation, supporting a range of strategic projects across the UK and Ireland. Working within a professional PMO that reports to the Board, this role offers visibility, autonomy and the chance to influence key business outcomes.
You’ll manage the full project lifecycle, ensuring delivery to agreed timescales, budgets and quality standards. You’ll also play a key role in supporting consistent project management practices and governance across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead assigned projects, managing plans, risks, actions and resources
* Produce and maintain project documentation and reports for senior stakeholders
* Support the PMO in coordinating major UK and Ireland projects
* Organise and facilitate meetings and workshops
* Build strong working relationships with internal teams, external partners and suppliers
* Promote continuous improvement and adherence to project governance
Skills and Experience
* Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional projects
* Strong knowledge of project management tools and reporting (e.g. MS Project, RAID logs)
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Highly organised, proactive and able to work independently
* Proficient IT skills, including MS Office and MS Teams
* Healthcare sector experience is desirable but not essential
