Where : Woking, GU22 area When: We’re looking to get the right person in to the team ASAP Hours: On average 24 hours per week, shifts as per site rota. Fixed Friday and Saturday 12:00pm - 20:00pm or 14:00pm - 22:00pm, plus an additional varying day Monday - Thursday 14:00pm - 22:00pm as per site rota. About the role: Maintaining a safe and secure environment for customers and employees by patrolling and monitoring the premises Providing a visible deterrent within the store against theft, anti-social behaviour, violence and criminal activity to create and support a safe shopping environment Completing reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities Engage with police and other security personnel to improve service levels – this may include crime partnership meetings, shop watch schemes and police meetings Deal with confrontational situations in a calm, sensitive and professional manner About you: Excellent communication & customer service skills Professional in approach, with a balanced sense of judgement, and a keen eye for detail Previous experience in a similar role is desirable, but not essential Knowledge of SCONE A valid SIA licence or applied for A full five-year checkable employment history If this sounds like you and you’d like to begin your journey on a career in security with Kingdom Services Group, please apply today
