Join Our Camden Team as a Hotspot Outreach Key Worker
We support individuals who may be navigating tough circumstances such as street-based lifestyles, insecure housing, substance use, or social isolation. Our approach is rooted in empathy, inclusion, and genuine partnership.
We're now looking for a Hotspot Outreach Key Worker to join our dynamic Camden Routes off the Street (RTS) team. As a Hotspot Outreach Key Worker, you'll take an assertive and compassionate approach to connecting with adults who may be sleeping rough or spending significant time in public spaces. You'll work directly in the community - on the streets, in transport hubs, and in shared spaces - engaging individuals who are often the hardest to reach. You'll collaborate with key local partners including British Transport Police, Camden Council, the Safer Neighbourhoods Team, and others to provide responsive, joined-up support. Whether through direct outreach, advocacy, or creative problem-solving, your focus will be on helping people access the right help at the right time.
At Change Grow Live, we know that real change doesn't happen overnight. If you're someone who sees potential where others see problems, who thrives on building trust and breaking down barriers, and who wants to be part of a team making real, visible change every day - we'd love to hear from you.
