Position
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Personal Assistant based at University Hospital Crosshouse. This post is offered on a fixed‑term basis until 01/07/2027.
Hours
30 hours per week. This post is to cover maternity leave and is offered as a 12‑month fixed‑term contract.
What You Will Do
We are seeking a highly organised, proactive, and professional Personal Assistant (PA) to provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to the senior management team. This is a key role that ensures the smooth and efficient operation of the service, supporting effective decision‑making, communication, and day‑to‑day coordination.
Knowledge, Training And/or Experience Required For This Post
The post holder will be expected to be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and hold a relevant Secretarial qualification. Previous secretarial experience is essential. You will manage diaries, coordinate meetings, prepare papers, handle correspondence, and act as a central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. The post requires exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work confidently with senior colleagues in a busy and dynamic environment.
