Benefits and Efficiencies Analyst - 32067
The Environment Agency is committed to an inclusive workforce that reflects the communities we serve. We seek diversity, embrace it, and live it for the benefit of staff, communities and the environment.
Our Transformation Portfolio Management Office (PMO) is focused on creating a centralised portfolio that drives change, transformation, and continuous improvement. We’re currently looking for two Benefits and Efficiencies Analysts to join the team. The team shapes and optimises project Portfolios, ensures strategic alignment, enhances decision-making, and provides evidence to manage risk across change and transformation.
This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in change and transformation, with development opportunities and strong support from your team and peers. You will be an important part of our PMO, analysing data from PMO colleagues and project and programme managers across the portfolio, helping to set the standards for benefits and value management and embedding them. You will help our teams to identify, value and validate their project benefits.
The PMO is part of the Transformation Team within the STA (Strategy, Transformation and Assurance) directorate. The PMO supports change, transformation, and continuous improvement across the business. STA fosters inclusive, supportive cultures and uses evidence and innovation to influence policy and delivery.
