The Role
Carry out all required maintenance and decoration duties, in line with an approved task list, working unsupervised.
Responsibilities
* Provide excellent customer service
* Ensure a clean, safe and legal workplace
* Adhere to Wetherspoon's standard operating procedures (SOPs) and company policies
* Work with third‑party contractors
* Ensure that all work completed by you, or by an approved contractor, meets the company’s design standard operating procedures (DSOPs)
* Carry out any reasonable task, as requested, to meet the needs of the business
About You
* Excellent time‑management and prioritisation skills
* Ability to work unsupervised and resolve problems using your own knowledge, while working within relevant guidelines
* Passion and enthusiasm for your role, and commitment to colleagues and the pub
* Friendly nature and good communication skills
* Honest, trustworthy and respectful
* Remain calm when working in a fast‑paced environment
* Adhere to Wetherspoon's appearance standards, wearing correct PPE when required
* Receive regular feedback from the management team and achieve any agreed actions

* Monday: 6:00 – 13:30
* Thursday: 7:00 – 17:00
* Friday: 7:00 – 18:00
